I have carelessly lost my copy of the song played while Kramer and Newman
are making sausages.

Could someone remind me what it is called and who it is by?

Cheers.

from the FAQ:

In "The Blood", Kramer and Newman are seen making sausages in Jerry's
kitchen accompanied by some festive music. The song they're playing is
"Mañana (is soon enough for me)". Originally recorded [and co-written]
by Peggy Lee, the version used in the show is the Hammond [organ]
version performed by Jackie Davis. (Capitol Records Ultra-Lounge
series, volume 2, "Mambo Fever",
